A cloud service provider we use for network infrastructure was hit with a cyber incident.

Last week, 365 Data Centers experienced a cyber security incident that affected a portion of their northeast cloud environment. This event is not isolated to BizBudding and our customers.

Third-party cyber experts, brought in by 365 Data Centers, have confirmed that no customer data has been accessed and have repeatedly provided assurance that all of our customers’ website data is intact, protected, secure, and encrypted.

365 Data Centers is diligently working through a plan to get the affected cloud services back online soon. They have confirmed it was their cloud management systems that were disrupted by this event.

We don’t have a firm timeline from 365 Data Centers as to when the cloud networks are restored. Keep tabs on our new status site for additional information.

We redirected our websites to a temporary landing page system. That’s how we are displaying a custom message instead of a 522 error. Each website/brand can send us a custom message to post for them ([email protected]).
